Product Function: This product boasts excellent thickening, water-retention, and oil-retention capabilities, enhances product texture, slows down starch retrogradation, and effectively reduces production costs.
Product ingredients: CMC (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), corn starch, guar gum, tamarind gum, flaxseed powder, sodium polyacrylate, carrageenan, konjac gum.
Product applications: Marinating various meat products and marinating pre-processed meat products, among others.

Dosage and Usage: This product can be added directly, mixed thoroughly, or blended evenly at a rate of 0.2% to 0.5% based on the finished product weight.
