Product ingredients: carrageenan, sodium alginate, maltodextrin, potassium chloride, konjac powder.
Product applications: marinating various meat products and marinating pre-processed meat products, among others.

Dosage and Usage: This product can be added directly, mixed thoroughly, or blended evenly at a rate of 0.2% to 0.5% based on the finished product weight.
