Product characteristics: White powder, easily soluble in water.
Product Description: It exhibits excellent solubility, good water-retention capacity, and outstanding pH stability (9–9.5). It can enhance the water retention, emulsifying properties, and plasticity of food products, thereby improving their texture and mouthfeel.
Product function: This product boasts excellent water-retention capability, enhances the elasticity and fullness of the product, and effectively improves marinating results.
Product ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, table salt, collagen, sodium alginate (from brown seaweed), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, gellan gum.
Product applications: marinating various meat products, marinating braised and soy-sauce-based products, and marinating pre-processed meat products, among others.

Dosage and Usage: This product can be added directly and mixed thoroughly at a rate of 0.2% to 1.0% based on the finished product.
Packaging and Storage: Store at room temperature in a sealed, dark, well-ventilated, and dry place. Shelf life: 24 months.
