Product function: This product boasts excellent water-retention capability, enhances the elasticity and fullness of the product, and effectively improves the marinating effect.
Product applications: marinating various meat products, marinating braised and sauce-based products, and marinating pre-processed meat products, among others.

Dosage and Usage: This product can be added directly and mixed thoroughly at a rate of 0.5% to 1.5% based on the finished product.
