Mr. Li Hongfei, Chairman of Shandong Jiangzheng Food Co., Ltd., personally led his company’s core management team on a visit to our company for in-depth guidance and exchange. The Jiangzheng team that came this time was highly impressive, with representatives from various key areas—including senior strategic management, frontline workshop production, rigorous quality control, finance, warehousing and logistics, and cutting-edge technology R&D.

The Jiangzheng team that came this time was highly impressive, comprising leaders from various key areas—including senior strategic management, frontline workshop production, rigorous quality control, finance, warehousing and logistics, and cutting-edge technology R&D—aiming to conduct a comprehensive assessment and discussion on modern enterprise management, particularly on the establishment of standardized and规范化 operational systems. Moreover, taking this exchange as an opportunity, the two sides will jointly promote the realization of strategic cooperation, build a long-term collaborative mechanism geared toward the future, and lay a solid foundation for common development.



The exchange event was grandly held at our company's conference center. Mr. Chen Da, Chairman of Shandong Baker Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Mr. Yin Chengzhu, General Manager, and key management personnel from various relevant departments of the company jointly attended the exchange meeting and extended the warmest welcome to the arrival of Chairman Li Hongfei and his delegation.



At the meeting, Chairman Mr. Chen Da first expressed his heartfelt gratitude to colleagues from our sister companies for sharing their valuable insights and expertise. He briefly introduced our company’s development journey, core business areas, and ongoing exploration and practice in enterprise management. Mr. Chen noted that Jiangzheng Food enjoys a stellar reputation within the industry, and its mature management experience and outstanding operational model are highly worthy of Baker Biotechnology’s study and reference. This exchange represents a valuable learning opportunity for both sides.



General Manager Mr. Yin Chengzhu shared our company’s specific practices and the challenges we’ve encountered in areas such as production process control, quality system development, technological research and development innovation, and the development of new-concept product lines. He also expressed his strong desire to learn from Jiangzheng Company’s successful experiences through this exchange.



Chairman Li Hongfei highly praised Baker Biotechnology's achievements and development potential in the food ingredients sector, and also offered insightful suggestions on key areas for future development. He shared Jiangzheng Food's insights and experiences in enterprise management, particularly in building a standardized and规范化 system. Chairman Li stated that, in the face of increasingly fierce market competition, honing internal strengths and solidifying management foundations are crucial for enterprises to achieve steady and sustainable growth. He expressed his hope that both sides could take this opportunity to share their experiences openly, exchange ideas, and inspire each other.





Subsequently, the management teams from both sides divided into groups based on functional modules and engaged in lively and in-depth peer-to-peer exchanges on specific topics such as production site management (GMP), quality control standards and processes, end-to-end traceability, detailed process control, efficiency enhancement, and project R&D. The on-site discussions were characterized by frankness and practicality, and both sides expressed that they had greatly benefited from the exchange.

Following on-site observations at the workshop and subsequent conference discussions, our company specially arranged a tasting session for samples of newly developed concept products. The R&D team meticulously prepared over ten innovative sausage products, each embodying new ideas and flavors. These forward-looking products sparked great interest among Chairman Li Hongfei and his team. Everyone sampled the products one by one and engaged in in-depth discussions with our staff about their texture, flavor characteristics, market positioning, and technological highlights. The Jiangzheng team highly praised our company’s innovative R&D capabilities and, from both a market perspective and a consumer experience standpoint, offered numerous valuable and insightful suggestions for improvement. The on-site exchange was relaxed yet highly productive. After the meeting, Chairman Li Hongfei happily took several of our new product samples back to Jiangzheng Company for further in-depth research.




This exchange activity not only deepened mutual understanding and fostered friendship between Shandong Baker Biotechnology and Shandong Jiangzheng Food, but also injected new ideas and momentum into both sides for enhancing their corporate management levels and achieving high-quality development. Both parties unanimously endorsed the philosophy of "making standards a habit and ensuring habits conform to standards," and will continue to refine their efforts in standardizing corporate management.
