On March 11, 2025, Professor Wang Hui from the Department of Ecological and Environmental Protection at Linyi College of Science and Technology led a group of teachers and students from the Food Quality and Safety program to visit Shandong Baker Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for technical exchanges and guidance in the field of food quality and safety. Mr. Chen Da, Chairman of the company, along with senior management and relevant technical personnel, participated fully in the event.

During the symposium, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on key topics such as the standardized application of food additives, optimization of processing techniques, and management of hygiene in production environments. Drawing on industry standards and actual production practices, they jointly explored ways to enhance food safety and quality. Professor Wang Hui emphasized: “Food safety is a vital project for people’s livelihoods. Enterprises must rely on science and technology for support, strictly adhere to regulations, and precisely manage risks.”

After the meeting, the expert panel visited the company’s R&D center and standardized laboratory on-site, observing the entire process of heavy-metal and microbial testing for products. Teacher Li Ze offered professional advice on laboratory operation standards, helping to refine and enhance testing techniques. Professor Wang Hui highly praised Baker Biotechnology’s standardized management system and laboratory technical capabilities: “From R&D to quality control, Baker Biotechnology has demonstrated a rigorous scientific attitude and innovative spirit, setting a benchmark for the industry.”
