Job Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in handling daily operational arrangements, formulate, implement, and carry out the business development strategy plan, coordinate with leadership, and communicate with the public.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, driver’s license, strong learning ability, dedication and professionalism, and responsibility. Salary is negotiable.

1. The working hours are 8 hours, specifically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (in winter) and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (in summer). Employees work six days a week and have one day off.
2. The company pays the five social insurances for regular employees who have worked for more than six months.
3. Observe national statutory holidays; special circumstances will be arranged separately.
4. The internship period is two months, and after the internship, you’ll receive a monthly transportation allowance of 100 yuan.
5. After completing one year of service, you will receive a seniority bonus. The seniority wage is 50 yuan per month, increasing by 50 yuan each subsequent year: 100 yuan per month after two years, 150 yuan per month after three years, 300 yuan per month after four years, and 500 yuan per month after five years or more.
6. Wages are paid promptly, without any delays or deductions; monthly salaries for the previous month are paid between the 10th and 12th of each month. The company also distributes an annual year-end bonus every year.
7. The production workshop is equipped with air conditioning, providing a comfortable working environment that is warm in winter and cool in summer.
