Instructions: The air suspension mechanical assembly consists of three parts: ① the air suspension body, ② mechanical accessories, and ③ fastening components. Here, X-X refers to the Xth component within the Xth part; for example, in the air suspension body, 5-3 indicates the 3rd part within the 5th component of the air suspension body.

Install

When welding the leaf spring seat to the axle, ensure proper alignment and that the position meets the required center distance for positioning.
The welding ground wire must be connected only to the shaft body, and grounding through rotating wheel components should be avoided.

Settings

Optional ABS ring gear, sensors, and other components as needed;

Use

After the new vehicle is first loaded and driven, as well as 15 days after driving begins, or each time the tires are replaced, the nuts must be tightened in the prescribed sequence using a torque wrench.
Use dedicated lubricating oil and avoid using incompatible oils.
Pay attention to the maintenance of the axle, and regularly inspect and replace parts.
